The order price already includes international shipping costs, as well as all applicable duties and taxes for your destination country. No additional customs clearance fees or import charges will be required upon delivery.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (customized products and special circumstances excluded). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking information. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, flight schedules, or local logistics conditions.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned, lost, or destroyed due to an incorrect address, customs clearance issues, or refusal by the recipient, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting loss.

If your package arrives damaged, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement shipment. For delays, delivery exceptions, or lost packages, please contact our customer support team promptly.
